The name morral is the South American name for a backpack.  This one is made from a tall wild grass called Cañaflecha, known in south American countries by names such as chuchio, tanil, caña brava, and others.  These bags are designed and handmade by artisans from Colombia.
  In Colombia, this straw, the Caña Flecha, is used by artisans to create different accessories, bags, earrings, and other accesories, including the traditional sombrero vueltiao, a symbol of Colombia.
